There is absolutely no flaws for this. I purchased it after I broke one on my truck during a freezing cold snow storm. It came on time and with a basic tool set I was able to replace the broken one with the new one in no time flat. This thing is fantastic and fits just like the OEM one did. I liked it so much that I ordered more and replaced the other handles as well!
