I bought vinyl seat covers years ago that get hot and sticky in the Texas heat and cold and brittle in the cold weather, these balance it all out. They last for a few years and get replaced just because I want to not because I needed to, they do wash up and wear quite well. The straps underneath need to be replaced with a good set of sheet straps (never had to replace those) to keep them on securely.
