Return Exchange Policy


You can return any wrong or core part(s) to Premium Autoparts within 21 business days from the date you placed the order. After 21 business days, returns will no longer be accepted. Every part to be returned should in their original condition and should not be damaged or disassembled because of incorrect installation. Worldwide Autoparts is responsible for errors during installation. We aren't also responsible for any towing expenses, labor expenses or rental car expenses due to the defective or wrong parts during installation.

Some of the parts that can't be returned include CD ROMs, service manuals, auto body parts, and special order products. Electrical parts aren't also returnable once unsealed or plugged in for some reasons.

All returns are also subject to 20% non-refundable restocking fee, which is charged on each return that's not the direct result of our mistake.

Risk of Loss

Every item purchased from our website is made pursuant to our shopping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This just means that the risk of loss as well as item's title is passed to you during the shipping point, which is when our carrier company accepts the goods for shipping or transport.

Refunds

The refunds for cores or returns typically process as well as credit within a month from the date that we received your return at the warehouse. Once we got the part or core, we will forward it to the manufacturer for the process of approval. Then, the manufacturer will approve the return. Once the return was processed and approved, the refunds will be credited to your credit card. You will also get an email during the day you're credited. Please remember that your bank can take four to seven business days to post the credit to your credit card or account. If you don't get a credit after a month, please email the return department of Worldwide Autoparts and we will give a quick response.

Cancellation

Every order is electronically forwarded and processed to the warehouse quickly upon the order's confirmation. Thus, there's a short time for cancellation of orders. If you want to cancel your order, you should do so before you got the invoice payment email. Once the payment was confirmed, you will not be able to cancel your order because it will be processed for shipment immediately. Every order placed from Friday to Monday can't be cancelled as these are being processed during the weekend for the shipment.
Some Notes to Remember for Returns

  • 1.You can always return products within 21 business days of shipment.
  • 2.Orders that are shipped for two days or overnight will have an extended 24 hour delivery time, particularly to residential deliveries.
  • 3.Once you have received your order, inspect it thoroughly for damaged, missing or incorrect parts. Our manufacturer always see to it that the orders will be shipped damage-free, yet occasionally, this occurs. If you got a damaged part, don't accept the package and return it to the sender immediately. Contacting the shipper is also a good idea.
